If for any reason you have a problem with your order or the product you received, you can easily and quickly contact our support team for a return with peace of mind. You can send your product or products for return within 14 business days. Our returns are processed in a sound manner in the light of the information our support team directs you to. Otherwise, your refund cannot be provided.

You can complete your return by accessing your relevant order from the "My Return Requests" section after logging into your account or by visiting our "Easy Return" page on the homepage.

You can send your cargo via "Yurtiçi Kargo" as agreed with the return code you will receive from the "Easy Return" page. The refund fee will be reflected to you later. If you want to send your exchange or return cargo with another cargo company, please remember that the shipping fee must be covered by you.

Which products can be returned?

The originality, hygienic and resaleability of the product must be preserved. For this reason, we cannot refund products whose packaging is damaged in any way, products whose packaging has been opened, used, destroyed, perfume odor or odor detection etc.

How can I return the product or products in my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product or products you ordered, you can return the products within 14 days from the date you received them. There are no refunds or exchanges for products that are discontinued (discontinued) at the end of the season.

During the return process, the products must be unused and must have their original packaging and product barcodes. If the products reach us used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.

In addition to all returned products, free or promotional products sent as part of the order, if any, must also be returned. Make sure that the package is durable and waterproof. The package is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us.

Can I exercise my right to return the products I ordered after 14 days?

In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 10 of the distance selling regulation, Nazefofficial.com is obliged to refund the product prices within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification that the consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal, within the scope of the return conditions. Refund requests exceeding 14 days cannot be processed.

What happens if I cancel/return an order that I benefited from the free shipping campaign?

The free shipping campaign is valid without a basket lower limit, and if the products you purchased after the return are not sufficient to meet the campaign conditions and you return all the products in your order, the free shipping campaign will be canceled and the refund will be made taking into account the cancellation of the campaign.

When will the refund be made for the product(s) I return?

After examining the compliance of the products arriving at our warehouse with our return policy, your refund will be made within 15 business days at the latest, according to your payment method, if you made a payment by credit card or if you paid at the door with your credit card, your money will be made to the IBAN number you shared with us.

For credit card refunds, the reflection of the refund on your card may vary depending on your bank. If you still have doubts about your return, please send your request to our WhatsApp line at 0530 429 39 28.

Note: After we issue your refund for purchases made by credit card, the estimated processing time may be 3-7 business days for it to be reflected on your card. (This period may vary depending on your card bank.)

For purchases made with a debit card, the estimated processing time for your refund to be reflected in your account may be 7-14 business days. (This period may vary depending on your card bank.)

How to make change?

Product exchange is not possible. We must first create a return request for the order you placed. A refund will be given to you after we receive the products. (It may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment method.) You can then purchase the product you want by creating a new order. Or, after creating a return request, you can create a new order for the product you want to buy without waiting for it to reach us.
